Success Fee: 4% of the final agreed sale price
Main Benefits of Our Broker Agreement:
1) We only charge the 4% success fee if we introduce the buyer. If you find the buyer or if the buyer is introduced by another broker, we do not charge anything.
2) We do not ask for sole agency. You can market the business yourself or use other brokers.
3) We will always obtain a signed NDA from all potential buyers and we will both have a record of potential buyers that we have introduced.
4) You can terminate the agreement at any time. No notice is required.

We offer a market leading fee structure in order to maintain our position as the number one business broker for all salons in the UK.
Our transparent and straightforward fees are designed to suit a range of business values.
Our focus is on a successful sale and we do not ask for sole agency - this reflects our confidence in achieving a positive result for the sale of your business.
The retainer fee is paid upfront and is a one-off payment with no time limit - we will continue to promote the sale of the business until sold. A fee is then charged (based on the sale price) only once the sale of the business is completed.
